Is there a minimum on the loan amount? I am looking at duplexes for about 30k-40k and want to do renovations.
We are looking at house that seems to fit the bill for a 203k loan. Wondering what steps we need to take to put an offer on it and making sure we borrow enough to update and make repairs to the home?
Looking to purchase a home that needs some work - cosmetic. I read the guidelines for a 203K. All repairs would be under the edgible. Current mtg 1150 and new home looking at @170 purchase $ 30K in updates non structural. What are your thoughts ? What are rate terms ?
