A lifelong resident of the metropolitan Indianapolis area, Fred McIntire has been involved in the real estate industry for over 25 years. You could say that Fred grew up in real estate. Fred started his real estate career assisting his father with the management of over 25 rental properties on the near west side of Indianapolis. These units included apartment buildings; duplexes; and single family homes. After the sale of those properties to the White River State Park Commission in the early 1980’s, Fred ventured out on his own to make his mark on the world.
